1060981831 2013-11-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations Unit is comprised of a pump jack and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The pump jack and battery are located in separate board-on-board enclosures which are locked. The battery consists of 3 140-barrel production tanks and 3 140-barrel brine tanks, 3 separator units, and Dominion metering run. The battery is shared with the Pine #4 (#2031) and the former Pine 3D (#2124), which was plugged. Secondary containment, signage and spacing are in compliance. The unit is producing and no problems observed.
1116891730 2017-07-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The production system, which includes one other well (#2-2130), is located at the back of a largely wooded residential parcel. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery in separate board-on-board enclosures. Enclosure gates were locked. Load-line valves were plugged, locked and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from signs of leakage. The secondary containment was intact.
1467397241 2016-05-09 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location pursuant to a complaint (#5318) relating to possible impact to water well quality. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system in a board-on-board enclosure located in the back portion of the referenced single-family residence. The well enclosure gate was locked and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. The surface casing nipple was gauged at the surface and showing no pressure. There was good intact secondary containment at both the wellhead and battery with no signs within the containment areas of leaks, releases of fluids, or other evidence of impact. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and did not observe any evidence of impact or degradation to the surrounding extant surface features.
