At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The wellhead plunger lift and associated tank battery located on a larger residential parcel off of Fairmount Blvd. The load lines were plugged and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry with no signs of leaks or spills. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery, and found no signs of impact or degradation attributable to the production system. The egress and ingress road was in good condition.

The wellhead and tank battery areas are in good condition and free from signs of leakage or problems. The secondary containment is intact and free from fluids. Enclosure gates are locked. The short access road from the cul-de-sac at the end of N Woodland is stable and drainage is good.

The load-outs are bull-plugged. The ID and secondary containment are good. The unit is fitted with carbon canister, low-pressure relief valve, and spark arrestor. Gates are locked. Lease road is in good condition and areas impacted by drilling have been restored. No problems noted and passes preliminary restoration.
