0165877870 2018-05-30 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated battery in separate board-on-board enclosures. The enclosure gates were locked. The load-line valves were locked and secure. The secondary containment was intact and free from signs of spills, leaks, or other problems. The well was in active production with an active chart record. The short, dedicated gravel-paved access road was in good condition.

0658055346 2017-03-13 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection. At the time of this inspection I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger lift system and associated tank battery in separate board-on-board enclosures which were locked and secure. The valves and connections at both the well and battery were secure and free from signs of leakage. Process safety equipment was present. ID signage was present and accurate. The areas surrounding the well and battery were comprised of woods and meadowland areas at the fringe of the asphalt parking and drive areas for the large commercial facility located on the parcel. I walked the surrounding areas and found no signs of impacts or degradation. Access to the well and battery was afforded by shared-use, asphalt-paved driveway which was in good condition. There is a short, gravel- paved portion of the access road that extends south from the edge of the asphalt drive
