At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: The wellhead plunger lift system and associated tank battery located in an active cemetery parcel. At the time of this inspection, the load lines were plugged, locked and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry with no signs of leaks or spills. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage or problems. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery which are comprised of well tensed grassy areas, and found no signs of impact or degradation attributable to the production system. I
