0514131349 | 2013-10-03 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | The producing unit consists of a pump jack unit at the wellhead and an aboveground storage tank (AST) battery. The battery is comprised of 2 140-barrel steel production tanks, 25-barrel poly brine tanks, and separator unit. The elements are enclosed in separate board-on-board enclosures. There is also a separately enclosed heater unit. There is adequate secondary containment. The signage is in good condition. Urban drilling process safety equipment is present. The load outs are locked and bull-plugged. No problems noted. |

1230858320 | 2017-05-24 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located behind a single-family residence on Broadview Road. The remainder of the parcel is comprised of turf grass lawn and woods. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure and free from leakage. The load-line valves were closed and plugged but missing locks. Tank lids were closed and secure. Individual enclosure gates were locked and secure. I inspected both the interior areas and exterior portions of the well and battery and surrounding areas and found no signs of impact or problem. |

2128835913 | 2017-02-01 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection I observed the following: Access to the well and battery are afforded by an access road that extends beyond the paved driveway for the house. The access road and areas in and around the well were mostly snow covered, but were in good condition with no signs of erosional deficits or degradation. The production system was comprised of a pump jack and tank battery in chain-link enclosures located in close proximity. The enclosure gates were closed and locked. The pump jack was in good condition with no evidence of problems or leakage. I walked the interior of the tank battery enclosure and inspected the tanks and associated fittings, connections, and pipe runs. I did not observe any signs of leakage or spills. The tank load line valves were plugged and locked. The tank lids were closed. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and found no evidence of impact or degradation. |
