At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery is separate chain-link enclosures. The enclosure gates were locked and secure. The dedicated access road was in good condition. Fittings and connections at the wellhead were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. I walked the areas around the wellhead and battery and found no evidence of impact, degradation, or erosional deficits. Production reports were current.

At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system located remotely behind the school building. The associated tank battery is located in a separate chain-link enclosure. The enclosure gates were locked. Fitings and connections at both the wellhead and battery were secure. Load-line valves were plugged, locked and secure. The well was in active production. The tank lids were closed and secure. Secondary containment was intact and the interior areas were dry and free from signs of leakage or problems. I walked and inspected the areas around the wellhead and battery and found no evidence of impact or environmental degradation relating to the on-going production activity.

The production wellhead consists of a pumpjack system in a 6 enclosure. The tank battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel (BBL) tanks, 1 50 BBL tank, mechanical separator, and associated piping and appurtenances enclosed in an 8 enclosure. The loadout lines are locked and the secondary containment is good. I did not observe any leaks, releases, or problems.
