0208359172 2015-11-30 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected the former location of this producing unit as an evaluation of site conditions for final restoration. Plugging and abandonment activities were completed on 10/16/2015. At the time of this inspection, the wellhead production equipment and tank battery appurtenances have been removed. The former well pad is located in an area currently redeveloped for recreational use (multi-use running path). The tank battery area is shared with the former country club golf course maintenance and materials storage area. The area has now been restored and no further activity is needed. The former product flow lines and sales lines have been abandoned in place per written agreement with the existing land owner. Final Restoration is complete.

0530670044 2015-11-19 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected the former location of this producing unit as an evaluation of site conditions for final restoration. Plugging and abandonment activities were completed on 10/16/2015. At the time of this inspection, the wellhead production equipment and tank battery appurtenances have been removed. The former well pad area remains unrestored with gravel ballast material still in place. The ballast must be removed and the area graded and seeded. The tank battery area is shared with the former country club golf course maintenance and materials storage area. These area has been restored and no further activity is needed. The former product flow lines and sales lines have been abandoned in place per written agreement with the existing land owner. Approval of final restoration will remain pending the completion of restoration work at the wellhead.
1026768971 2015-03-09 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. Access to the well is via a gated entry from the terminus of Maple Rd. Access to the battery is via the former maintenance road within the old Country Club property. The wellhead is comprised of a pump jack system in a chain-link enclosure. The battery is in a separate chain-link enclosure and is shared with the #2-1869 and the #2-1870 units. At the time of my inspection, the enclosure gates are locked, load-outs are plugged, secure, and connections and fittings are secure and free from signs of leakage or other problems. At the time of this inspection, the surrounding areas are snow-covered. I did not observe any signs of impact relating to the on-going production activity at the time of this inspection.
1164931435 2013-10-07 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The prouducing wellhead consists of a mechanical plunger lift unit in a chain-link enclosure. There is some gas leakage around the base of the casing, which is under water. There is no identification at the wellhead. The aboveground storage tank (AST) battery is comprised on 3 140-barrel steel production ASTs, separator, and metering run. The spacing, secondary containment, and identification are good. Process safety equipment is present. No problems noted.
