At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated tank battery. The well and battery shared battery (shared with #2-1853) are located on the south portion of a golf course facility. The individual enclosures were locked and secure. The load-line valves were locked and plugged. The shared-use access road was in good condition. Fittings and connections were secure and free from signs of leakage or problems. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impact to the natural greenscape.

The battery enclosure gate was locked and secure. The load lines were plugged and secure. The interior of the battery was dry and free from signs of leaks, spills, or other problems. The chart record was active. I walked the areas surrounding the well, including the access road, and found the surface conditions to be free from signs of impact.

The wellhead is comprised of a plunger lift system in a locked chain-link enclosure near the main clubhouse. Fittings and connections are secure. The tank battery is comprised of 1 100-barrel steel production tank, 1 50-barrel brine tank, and separator unit in a separate chain-link enclosure. Elements of the system are in general good repair. Fittings and connections are secure and free from signs of leakage at the time of this inspection. The load-outs are plugged and secure. ID signage and secondary containment are present. Areas surrounding the wellhead and battery are reasonably well drained and free from signs of impact or erosional deficits.
