1151520349 2014-08-21 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The well was completed in 03/29/2005. The unit is producing and production reports are current. The well is located in a remote, wooded area north of Pleasant Valley Road, adjacent to a light industrial facility (currently occupied by Heidelberg Distributing). The wellhead is accessed via a gravel access road which continues westward from the driveway and rear parking for the Heidelberg facility. Elements of the well consist of a production wellhead with standard valve assembly and mechanical plunger-lift system and aboveground storage tank (AST) battery in separate chain-link enclosures. The batter is located south of the well, and is accessed via a separate gravel drive. The wellhead valve fittings, connections, and other production appurtenances appear to be well maintained and are free from signs of leakage or other problems. The battery is comprised of 1 steel 140-barrel production tank, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and separator unit. Spacing from well to battery, and spacing of elements within the battery meet regulations. The load-outs are bull-plugged. There is secondary containment at the battery and the interior areas are dry. I did not observe any signs or evidence of leakage, spills, or problems. Unit identification placards are present at both the battery and wellhead and are in good condition. I observed no issues or problems requiring attention at the time of my inspection.
