At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated tank battery, shared with the #1, located within an active sand and gravel facility. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery were secure. The enclosure gates were secure. The load-lines were secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry. The access road, which is shared with the facility, was in good condition. I found no signs of problems at this inspection. |
