Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-1205773882 2004-11-16 0:00 DD No Violations
0835480355 2015-06-12 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well as part of routine inspection activity. The well is comprised of a pump jack system in a chain-link enclosure. The enclosure is locked and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure and free from signs of leakage. ID signage is present. The battery is comprised of two 100-barrel steel production tanks, and one 50-barrel steel brine tank. Load lines are secure and lock-protected. Signage is present. Hatch lids are closed but are missing wing nuts required for sealing. I have notified Bass Energy that this deficiency must be remedied within 2 weeks. The battery is shared with the # 2-1783 well which is located nearby to the north. The signage has the wrong API number and must be corrected. I notified Bass Energy about the incorrect signage and advised to have remedied within 30 days.
1166140620 2014-01-13 UrbanPreliminary Restoration No Violations The unit is in production. The pits have been filled and restored. The area is appropriately landscaped and enclosures are present and locked. No further preliminary restoration work is needed.
1205773882 2004-11-16 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Making a motor pull to check direction.
1214506290 2017-09-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and associated tank battery located on an otherwise undeveloped property. The load-line valves were secure and locked. Tank lids were closed and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impacts or problems.
1399407817 2014-05-06 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit is comprised of a wellhead with valve tree assembly with electrically-powered pump jack system in a locked chain-link enclosure. Compliant signage is present and I did not observe any signs of leaks or problems. The tank battery is comprised of 2 100-barrel steel production tanks, 1 50-barrel steel brine tank, and horizontal separator. There is also a Dominion metering run inside the battery enclosure. The battery is shared with the #2-1783 unit. ID placards, warning signs, and secondary containment are present and in good condition. Unit spacing is in compliance. The unit is producing. I observed a minor amount of leakage from the gate valves at the production tanks. The access road is shared with a rear service drive entrance to the golf course. I did not observe any other signs of leaks, spills, or problems. I am notifying Bass Energy about the minor valve leakage.
1726053012 2013-10-01 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations The producing unit consists of a wellhead with pump jack and above-ground storage tank (AST) battery with 2 100-barrel production tanks and 1 50-barrel brine tank, separator and metering run. The battery is shared with the #1783 unit. The placard identifies the unit as the #1720, which is in conflict with the database. I will check with Bass Energy and confirm. The secondary containment and spacing are good. No problems noted.
2001374361 2017-03-02 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump jack system and associated tank battery in separate, chain-link enclosures. The enclosure gates were locked and secure. Process safety equipment was present, valves and connections were closed and secure. The tank battery is shared with the #2-1783 well. I walked the areas around the wellhead and battery and found no evidence of impact or erosional deficits. The access road was in good condition. Production reports, insurance, and bonding were all current.
