1271639001 2018-01-04 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. The well and associated battery are located on a municipal golf course facility. The battery is shared with one other producing well (#2-1788 ) which are also located within the same facility. At the time of this inspection I noted the following: a wellhead with plunger-lift system and battery in separate chain-link enclosures. The enclosure gates were locked and secure. The load-line valves were locked and secure. The tank lids were closed and sealed. The secondary containment was intact, with several inches of fresh snow. Fittings and connections at the well and battery were secure and free from signs of problems. Production reports were current.
