The enclosure is locked and secure. Fittings and connections at the wellhead are secure and free from signs of leakage. ID signage is present. The battery is comprised of two 100-barrel steel production tanks, amd one 50-barrel steel brine tank. Load lines are secure and lock-protected. Signage is present. Hatch lids are closed but are missing wing nuts required for sealing. I have notifed Bass Energy that this defficiency must be remedied within 2 weeks. The battery is shared with the #2-1787 well which is located nearby to the south.

Process safety equipment is present, ID placards, warning signs, and secondary containment are also present and in good condition. Unit spacing is in compliance. The unit is producing and I did not observe any signs of leaks, spills, or problems.

At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump-jack system and associated tank battery located in a fringe area of a golf course. The load-line valves were secure and locked. Tank lids were closed and secure. The secondary containment was intact and dry. I walked the areas surrounding the well and battery and found no signs of impacts or problems.
