0204606736 2017-02-27 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this producing well as part of routine inspection activity. The well and battery are located NW of the lower school parking area and are accessed via an unpaved maintenance drive which is shared with the school. The drive continues to the east and affords access to the #3 well (#2-1650), and well as other parts of the school grounds. The battery and wellhead are in separate chain-link enclosures which were locked and secure. The load-lines were locked. Secondary containment at the battery was present and intact and dry. Spark arrestor, charcoal filter, and sealing tank lids have been added since a previous inspection found these elements missing. The ID signage at the battery had been remedied and is satisfactory. Fittings and connections at the wellhead and battery are secure and free from signs of leakage or problems.
0329108818 2010-12-09 Production Wells No Violations All contaminated soil and gravel has been removed from site and new gravel replaced and oil storage tank has been reset.
