1385980520 | 2017-03-23 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with electric pump jack system located in an open, flat-lying area behind a single-family residence at 7555 Columbia Road in a board-on-board enclosure. Access to the wellhead is via the shared driveway with a short, gravel-paved continuation to the wellhead. The associated tank battery in on a mostly rolling and wooded parcel with no other development, just south of the wellhead parcel. Access to the battery was afforded by a dedicated, gravel-paved access road that enters from Columbia Road and opens to a small clearing where the battery is situated. The individual enclosure gates were locked and secure. The load-lines were secure and plugged. The secondary containment was intact. The oil staining I had noted at the previous inspection has been cleaned up. The ID signage which I had noted previously to be unreadable, has been fixed. I walked the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery and found no signs of leakage, spills, or impacts relating to the on-going production activity. |
1400204049 | 2017-12-27 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this well location as part of routine inspection activity. At the time of this inspection, I observed the following: a wellhead with pump-jack system and associated tank battery in separate enclosures located on an otherwise undeveloped parcel. Fittings and connections were secure and free from leakage or problems. The load-lines and gates were locked and secure. The well was in active production. The production reports, bond, and insurance were current. I walked and inspected the areas surrounding the wellhead and battery. The areas were mostly covered with several inches of fresh snowfall. There were no visible signs of problems or impacts. |
1413820426 | 2014-10-20 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I inspected this producing unit as part of routine inspection activity. The wellhead is comprised of a pump jack system in a board-on-board enclosure. The well is producing and production reports are current. Fittings and valve-connections are intact and free from leaks or problems. There is some minor oil staining around the base of the wellhead. The tank battery is comprised of 2 210-barrel production tanks and 2 separator units located in a locked chain-link enclosure and is shared with the #2-1004 unit. The load-outs are bull-plugged. There is secondary containment. The interior portions of the battery are dry and well maintained. There is some minor oil staining at the load-outs but otherwise no signs of leaks, spills, or other problems. The ID at the wellhead is not readable and I contacted Green Energy and advised that a new sign is needed. |
