1351779723 2012-10-31 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection Wheeler Drilling had drilled the 6.5 production hole to 3142 and ran 5.5 casing to 3140. When Cemenco tried to break circulation the casing pressured up to 1000 psi. Wheeler Drilling bailed the casing three times and Cemenco tried to break circulation again. The casing pressured up to 1000 psi again, so Wheeler Drilling ran in with a sand pump three times. The sand pump was successful at removing the obstruction from the float shoe. Cemenco broke circulation and pumped 35 sx of class A cement. There were no significant pressure changes and good circulation was maintained throughout the job. The plug was landed and the casing was set down on bottom.

All drilling equipment and debris had been removed from the site. The well head was equipped with a pumping unit. There were no leaks or spills and there were minimal signs of erosion.
