The flow lines were connected, and the valves were open. There was pressure on the gauge. I found no leaks around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of two 210 barrel steel tanks, one 100 barrel steel tank, and two horizontal separators in an earthen dike. The tank valves were equipped with bull plugs, and I found no leaks around the equipment. Correct, legible identification was posted on the tank. There was livestock fence around the wellhead and electric fence around the production equipment. The site is covered in well established grass. There were no signs of erosion, and there were no materials or debris. This site passes preliminary restoration. |
