0145675542 2015-05-11 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the wellhead was equipped with a plunger lift system. The tank battery consisted of one 100 barrel tank and one separator. The tank was inside of a dike, the separator was outside. I found no leaks or spills. There was no identification posted for the well. I contacted Harvey, pumper for Lake Region Oil, to request the he get identification posted.

Gravel had been spread on the lease road and around the wellhead. There were no oilfield related materials or debris left behind. This site passes the restoration for the plug back.

They shut the well in to let the cement set up before conducting the pressure test.
