2009290572 2018-05-10 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. The unit was in operation during my inspection. There was some oily sludge on the stuffing box and wellhead, but it was not enough to run onto the soil around the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks, one 50 barrel poly tank and one vertical separator in an earthen dike. Correct, legible identification was posted on one of the tanks. There was some older staining in the soil under the valve on the poly tank, but I did not see an active leak and there were no leaks around the steel tanks or separator.
