2058047755 2013-05-17 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well head was equipped with a pumping unit. The tank battery consisted of two 100 barrel stock tanks, one separator and an earthen dike. Proper identification was posted and there were no leaks or spills. The area was graded out with well established vegetative cover. This well was plugged back in 2008 and is currently in production. This well should not be listed as plugged and abandoned and should be removed from the final restoration list.
