The motor, drive belts and electric were intact. The flow lines were connected, and the valves were open. There were no leaks at the wellhead. There was no identification posted at the wellhead. The tank battery is shared by the Lapp 1-7 wells. It consisted of three 210 barrel steel tanks, one 100 barrel poly tank and three horizontal separators in an earthen dike. There was some minor staining in the dike, but there were no active leaks or fresh fluid on the ground. Identification was posted, but it was incomplete as there were no permit numbers listed on the signs. I called Frank Riggle with Brilex to report the issues and request that they be resolved within 30 days. |
