1569220078 2016-02-23 Final Restoration No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the GPS coordinates given in RBDMS plotted the well in an open, flat grassy site surrounded by forest. I also found the remnants of an old lease road that was fully covered in short grasses. I found no evidence that the plug job was leaking. I found no oilfield related materials or debris. I found no production equipment. I found no signs of erosion.
