Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1355062311 2017-09-07 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the well was equipped with a natural gas powered pumping unit. The engine, drive belts and fuel line were intact. The flow lines were connected and the valves were open. The casing gas was venting through a pop-off valve at the wellhead. The stuffing box was leaky, but there was a bowl mounted to the stuffing box to catch the oily sludge, and there was no oil on the ground. The production equipment consisted of one 100 barrel steel tank and one 30 barrel steel tank in a shallow earthen dike. I found no leaks around the tanks. Correct, legible identification was posted on the pumping unit and at the tanks.
