0828961032 2019-03-20 Production Wells No Violations On the day of m y inspection I found that the access road to the field where the well is located was blocked by a large downed tree. The well was equipped with an electric powered pumping unit. The motor, drive belt and electric line were intact. The flow line was connected and the tubing valve was open. I found brine water dripping from one of the hammer unions on the line. There was no identification posted at the wellhead. The production equipment consisted of two 100 barrel steel tanks in an earthen dike that are shared by the Layman 3 through 13 wells. Correct, legible identification was posted at the tanks for all of the wells on the lease. There were no leaks or spills around the tanks and the valves were equipped with bull plugs. I called James Miller to report the issues. He said that they would be out tomorrow to fix the leak and to get ID posted at the wellhead.
