Access to the well was drivable and stable through a agricultural field. Correct identification was present. The surface casing head was above grade and closed to atmosphere. The 5.5 production casing was equipped with a Tulsa Valve and a 5 x 2 swage that contained a 2 Balon valve reduce down to 1/2 and topped with a plugged needle valve. No leaks were observed.
