0319808666 2017-10-04 Storage Well No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #6-0301. The lease access and well location were stable. Correct identification was present. Annular side port valves were closed and plugged. The well casing was swaged with a closed and plugged valve. No leaks were observed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
