1410166789 2018-09-11 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to witness the cementing of the conductor casing on well #2-1900. At the time of my inspection I met with Chesapeake drilling superintendent David Newman. Mr. Newman reported that the 28 open hole was augured to a total depth of 120 feet. A total of 120 feet of 20 inch outer diameter casing was installed in the well. Circulation ports were cut in the bottom joint of casing below 110 feet measured depth. A two inch ball valve was fitted to the welded top plate of the casing. Formation Cementers arrived on location and rigged up to the valve. I tested the mix water and found pH value to be 6.5 and the low range quantab chloride level to be 5.0. Following the safety meeting, Formation proceeded to establish circulation and pump the job. Circulation was maintained throughout job. Cement was scaled several times throughout the job and maintained the minimum allowable weight. After reaching displacement, the cement held at surface. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1482888921 2018-10-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of well #2-1900. At the time of my inspection Patterson Rig #571 was drilling an 8.75 borehole at 4900 measured depth. I observed meteoric water ponded on the location from recent precipitation. I did not witness any evidence of leaks or spills. Drilling returns were being collected in a closed-loop system. I met with company representative Neil Brown during inspection. I reviewed the anti-collision report for well #2-1900 when compared with the as-drilled survey from the other wells on the pad and found no issues of concern. No violations were observed during this inspection.
1538577010 2018-09-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of well #2-1900. Correct identification and the valid drilling permit were posted on the entrance sign. At the time of my inspection the owner had excavated and installed galvanized steel cellar. Steel grating was placed over the cellar and a perimeter of steel livestock gates were present to prevent unauthorized access. Due to the SIMOPS conditions placed on well #2-1807, further drilling activity was stopped until temporary abandonment was completed. I will schedule to be present to witness the conductor cement job.
1854395599 2018-09-10 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of well #2-1900. At the time of my inspection Express Energy was on location auguring a 28 open hole to set 20 conductor casing. Per Chesapeake drilling superintendent David Newman, the prognosis called to set conductor to 120 below surface level. A total of six (6) 40 feet long joints of 20 outer diameter casing were on location for both wells. I will schedule to be present to witness the conductor cement job.
