2131480691 2017-07-19 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1699. Mahoning County Inspector John Fleming was present during the inspection. RBDMS indicated production reporting was current. The access road and pad remained in good repair with a locked gate at the entrance. A locked chain link fence perimeter was present around the production pad. No signs of vandalism were present. The pad was composed of crushed gravel and remained in good repair. A perimeter of jersey barriers was present around the well head. Correct identification was present. The 13.375 annular pressure gauge indicated 0 psi. The 9.625 annular pressure gauge indicated 0 psi. The 5.5 production casing was equipped with tubing. The production casing pressure gauge indicated 620 psi. The tubing gauge indicated 252 psi. No leaks were detected. Production equipment on the pad consisted of one (1) sand knockout, one (1) GPU, one (1) horizontal dehy, one (1) hydrate inhibitor tank, one (1) meter run, one (1) thermal generator, one (1) vertical coalescing tower, three (3) 400 produced water tanks, three (3) condensate tanks and one (1) VRU. All equipment was in good repair and functioning. No violations were observed during this inspection.
