0218115004 2019-02-21 Production Wells No Violations The well was equipped with an electrically-driven pumping unit which was operating at the time of inspection. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike and consisted of one 21 bbl. production tank, one vertical separator, and one 100 bbl. brine tank. The load line to the tanks production valve was secured with a plug. No violations were observed at the time of inspection.
0515583126 2014-07-09 Preliminary Restoration No Violations I was on site to assess preliminary restoration. The lease road is stable. The wellhead is equipped with a pumpjack. A domestic supply line is attached to the well head. There are two identification signs posted, one on the well and one on the tank battery. Tank battery is equipped with a 210 barrel production tank, a 100 barrel brine tank, and a vertical mechanical separator. A tank battery dike is present. All spacing is within compliance. Erosion and sedimentation controls are in place. The preliminary restoration has passed.
1419537201 2018-09-06 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1688. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery remained stable and drivable. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric powered pump jack that was operating during the inspection. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment on location consisted of one (1) vertical separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 100 bbl brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 31 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The brine tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection.
