1525266338 2018-04-26 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1654. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the well and tank battery remained stable and drivable. Correct identification was present at the well head. The 8.625 well head was above grade and open to atmosphere. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were present. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 50 bbl poly brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 16 day production chart. Correct identification was posted on the separator. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. The poly brine tank remained in good repair. The inlet valve was closed. No violations were observed during this inspection.
