2032919397 2017-01-17 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1564. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access to the well and tank battery is through a farm driveway. The well location is within an agricultural field that is stable. The 8.625 casing head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. A pressure gauge monitoring tubing pressure indicated 50 psi. Production valves were in the open position. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery is shared with well #2-1563. A horizontal separator was present but positioned outside of the earthen dike. The separator remained in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were observed. No production meter was present. An earthen dike was present around the steel production tank and poly brine tank. The dike was stable at the time of my inspection. Inside of the dike, the battery consisted of one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) poly brine tank. Correct and legible identification was present on the tank body. The tank remained in good repair. No leaks were detected. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed out to the poly brine tank. The poly brine tank was not in good repair. The top of the tank was collapsed and areas of the tank body were cracked due to the weight of the drain line. The tank contained a minimal volume of production fluid. The sides of the tank remained free of cracks. I did not observe any evidence of production fluid leaking from the tank. I called and spoke with lease operator Jamie Corsing. Mr. Corsing acknowledged the condition of the tank and stated that he would schedule tank replacment.
