| 1903503953 | 2018-05-03 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check inspection on well #2-1270. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Access to the tank battery remained stable and drivable. The well was located in an agricultural field without a direct access road. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a Star casing plunger. No leaks were observed. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present on the stuffing box. The tank battery was shared with #2-1269. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production equipment. Equipment within the dike specific to 1270 consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 70 bbl brine tank. The separator remained in good repair and contained a current 31 day production chart. The production tank remained in good repair and contained correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. I did observe some production fluid staining around the base of the production tank. There was no fresh or mobile fluid observed. The brine tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
