1484395096 2018-07-27 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document the status of well #2-1033. RBDMS indicated reported production was current. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery was shared with #2-1034. A horizontal separator with a current 7 day chart was on location. Well name and number identification was on the door of the separator. The separator remained in good repair. A stable earthen dike that was free of fluid was present around the production tanks. Tanks on location consisted of one (1) 210 bbl steel tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged. The vault remained in good repair above grade and was holding fluid with freeboard. While on location I called and spoke with Alliance representative Matt Postlethwaite to notify him that correct identification was missing from the tank battery. Mr. Postlethwaite stated that the identification would be posted on 7/30/2018. I will schedule a follow-up inspection to document that status of identification.

At the time of my inspection the identification had not been posted. I will follow-up with Mr. Postlethwaite and schedule a follow-up inspection.
