1569764801 2017-11-08 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-1020. The access and locations were stable. A review of RBDMS indicated production was current. Correct identification was posted at the well head. The 8.625 casing was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No leaks were observed. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. A domestic supply connection was present. The tank battery consisted of a horizontal separator that remained in good repair and contained a current production chart. A stable earthen dike that contained minimal rain water was constructed around the production tanks. Tanks inside the dike consisted of one (1) 2100 gallon poly tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The poly tank was spotted on top of the brine vault. Correct identification was present. I did not observe any cracks of leaks. Valves were closed and plumbed to the brine vault. The brine vault remained in good repair above grade. The vault was holding fluid with freeboard. No violations were observed during this inspection.
