1694618294 2017-05-31 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0865. A review of RBDMS indicated the Owner was current with reporting production. The lease access road to the well through a pasture field and was stable and drivable. Correct and legible identification was posted at the well. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with an electric pump jack. No audible or visual leaks were detected. Some staining consistent with legacy operations was present. No staining was fresh or live. Production valves were in the open position. A casing pressure gauge indicated 80 psi. A tubing pressure gauge indicated 50 psi. The tank battery was shared with permit numbers #2-0863 and #2-0864 and consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. The separator was positioned outside of the earthen dike containment. The separator remained in good repair with no audible or visual leaks detected. A current 16 day production chart was in the meter house. The earthen dike constructed around the production tank and vault was stable and free of fluid. Correct and legible identification was present on the production tank body. The tank body remained free of holes or leaks. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed to the brine vault. The hatch lid was closed. The brine vault was in good repair. No evidence of overflow was observed. The tank was holding fluid with freeboard. No violations were observed during this inspection.
