0820594980 2017-05-15 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0800. A review of RDBMS indicates the Owner was current with reporting production. Access to the well was through an agricultural field road that remained stable and drivable. The well was located in an agricultural field and was stable. Correct and legible identification was posted at the tank battery within view of the well head. The 8.625 well head was above grade and contained an annular valve that was closed. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. No audible or visual leaks were observed. A casing pressure gauge indicated 240 psi. An earthen dike that was stable and free of fluid was constructed around the production equipment. Equipment inside the dike consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) concrete brine vault. Correct and legible identification was posted on the tank body. The tank remained in good repair with no holes or leaks. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed to the vault. The hatch lid was closed. The concrete brine vault remained in good repair above grade. The vault was holding fluid with that was at the base of the vault lid. No evidence of overflow existed. I will contact contract lease operator Jeremy Kolar to have the vault emptied before the vault overflows.
