0313792261 | 2017-06-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0663. A review of RBDMS indicates the Owner is current with reporting production. Lease access was through a residential/farm driveway. The road was stable and drivable. The well and tank battery were contained within a barbed wire fence perimeter. The entire location was stable with well-established vegetation. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. No audible or visual leaks were detected. Some staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. None of the staining was fresh or live. Production valves were in the open position. A domestic supply connection was present. Production equipment within the fenced enclosure consisted of one (1) vertical separator, one (1) 100 bbl production tank and one (1) 1500 gal poly brine tank. The separator remained in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A current 7 day chart was in the meter house. The separator was positioned outside of the earthen dike containing the production and brine tank. The dike was stable and free of fluid. Correct and legible identification was present on the tank body. The tank body did not contain any leaks or holes. The load line valve was closed and plugged. The drain line valve was closed and plumbed out to the brine tank. The hatch lid was closed. The brine tank did not contain any cracks or leaks. The inlet valve from the production tank was also closed. Minimum spacing requirements between the well and production equipment were maintained. No violations were observed during this inspection. |
1075782474 | 2006-02-14 | Production Wells | No Violations | The tank battery consists of 1-210 bbl storage tank and a dike. |
