1329405606 2012-02-13 Production Wells No Violations Per instructions received via e-mail from Inspector Brett Farnsworth on 02-13-2012 to check the status the of well. This inspection revealed that the well is idle and our database shows no reported production. The wells production equipment has not been removed and there was no viual evidence of the well causing pollution - the ground was snow covered. The database records show the wells ownership as Historic. I spoke with the land owner, Harold Vance Jr., and he said the well has not produced in many years. On 2-14-2012, I sent this information to Steve Riley, a Geoligist with the Oil & Gas permitting section, who had originated the initial e-mail sent to Inspector Brett Farnsworth.
