0510829153 | 2014-06-17 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on location to witness the cementing of the 9.625 intermediate casing. Nomac #73 drilled a 12.25 hole to a total depth of 2,373 and Wyoming Casings crew ran 2,363 of new, 40lb/ft., J-55 casing into the hole. O-Tex Pumping cemented the casing with 183 barrels of Class H cement slurry weighing 15.8lbs/gal. 35 barrels of cement circulated to surface during the job. See cement report for more details on this job. No violations. |
0595810878 | 2014-06-24 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on location to check the drilling status of Nomac #73. They are currently drilling the 8.5 lateral at a depth of 14,430. Estimated total depth is 17,747. The location is in good condition and all equipment is on containment. No violations. |

1657714603 | 2016-02-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location for a status check. My inspection found the access road gate is locked and the access road is in good repair. Identification signs are posted at the access road entrance, well and storage tanks. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The #8H is in production. The well is equipped with a christmas tree valve assembly. There is a steel dike around the storage tanks.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 6 Storage tanks 4 Sand separators 4 Gas processing units (GPU) 1 Vertical separator 1 Vapor recovery unit (VRU) 2 Thermal electric generators (TEG) 4 Production wells on the pad 1 Compressor 1 Heat Treater Site fenced and man doors locked |
1781586895 | 2015-12-04 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence with three-strand barbed wire and the man doors were locked. Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable. The soil stockpile is well-stabilized with vegetation. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road is stable and drivable. Preliminary restoration passed. |
