0779299479 | 2016-02-19 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location for a status check. My inspection found the access road gate is open and the access road is in good repair. Identification signs are posted at the access road entrance, well and storage tanks. The pad is fenced and all man doors were locked. The #8H is in production. The well is equipped with a Christmas tree valve assembly. There is a steel dike around the storage tanks.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 6 Storage tanks 3 Sand separators 3 Gas processing units (GPU) 1 Vertical separator 1 Vapor recovery unit (VRU) 1 Heat treater 1 Thermal electric generator (TEG) 3 Production wells on the pad Site fenced and man doors locked |
1260689363 | 2014-05-02 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on location at 8:45pm to witness the 9.625, intermediate casing cement job. Nomac Rig #72 had drilled a 12.25 hole to a depth of 2,367 and Wyoming Casing landed the pipe at a depth of 2,351. Schlumberger arrived at 9:30pm and began rigging up while the rig was circulating the hole. The job began at 10:58pm and Schlumberger mixed and pumped 818 sacks of Class A cement. They dropped the plug and the wire tattle-tail indicated the plug did not leave the head. The head was removed and the plug was sucked down the casing. The head was replaced and it was decided to under displace the plug by 10 barrels to avoid wetting the casing shoe. The plug did not land and the casing will be pressure tested following the job to satisfy OAC 1501:9-1-08(D)(3)(b). The floats held at the shoe and collar and 31 barrels of cement circulated to surface during the job. At 2:30am, Nomac lowered the bottom hole assembly (BHA) through the blow-out-preventor (BOP) and into the casing. The BOP was closed around the drill pipe and the rig placed 813psi on the casing. After 30 minutes the pressure was holding and passed the pressure test. Operations may continue. No violations. See casing ticket for more details on this job. |

1822081855 | 2014-05-01 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on location at 2:00am to witness the cementing of the 13.375 surface casing. Wyoming Casing was currently running casing. They landed the casing at a depth of 992 in a 17.5 hole drilled by Nomac Rig #72 to a depth of 1002. A pre-job safety meeting was conducted and Schlumberger pressure tested the lines. Schlumberger mixed and pumped 860 sacks of Class A cement, dropped the plug, and displaced the plug to the collar with 154 barrels of water. The plug landed at 8:02am and passed the casing pressure test. 50 barrels of cement weighing 14.7lbs/gal circulated to surface. No violations. See casing ticket for more details on this job. |
2047796984 | 2015-12-28 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence with three-strand barbed wire and the man doors were locked. Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable. The soil stockpile is well-stabilized with vegetation. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road is stable and drivable. Preliminary restoration passed. |
