0405007470 | 2013-11-22 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on location with inspector Kevin Perry to inspect drilling operations of Nomac Rig #72. They are currently rigging down and preparing to move to the Bailey pad to drill the 5H (PN#22540). No violations. |
0510723889 | 2015-07-01 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock is installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

1382536927 | 2013-10-11 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 inch conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Express had drilled a 26 inch hole to a total depth of 120 feet and ran 120 feet of 20 inch casing into the wellbore. Allied cemented the casing with 250 sacks of Class A 2% CaCl and 1/2 pound per sack flake. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.23 gallons of mix water per sack. Allied pumped 53 barrels of cement, 39 barrels of displacement, and there was 7 barrels barrels of cement returns to surface. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
1408541663 | 2014-04-03 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location to inspect the well pad. Wells are currently secured and have not been completed. Chesapeake is currently installing pipeline to the west. No violations. |
1448503408 | 2017-03-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The access road was equipped with a gate and was locked. The #1H well is in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 3 producing wells 6-400 bbl production tanks; three labelled as containing produced water and three labelled as containing condensate. 1 Low pressure vertical separator 3 sand separators 3 gas processing units 1 vapor recovery unit I heat treater 1 compressor station No violations were found during my inspection. |
1520281410 | 2018-02-26 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of the pad. No changes were made to the operating equipment since my last inspection. The well is equipped with a plunger lift unit and the surface-intermediate annular pressure gauge displayed a reading of zero psi. No violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
