0302324737 2013-09-17 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site to check the status of Highland Drilling. My inspection revealed that Highland Drilling Rig #2 was rigged up and getting ready to spud later this afternoon. I spoke with Jeff Foley (Enervest) and we discussed the casing program for this well, the installation of centralizers on the casing string, and we discussed the lateral section of this well. I walked around the well site and found no violations at this time.
0650071380 2018-06-21 Preliminary Restoration No Violations
0859110412 2013-09-18 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site to witness the cementing of the 16 inch conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Highlands Drilling Rig #2 has drilled a 22 inch hole to a total depth of 94 feet and ran 77 feet of 16 inch conductor casing into the well bore. Universal cemented the casing with 150 sacks of Type 1 (3% CaCl and 1/4 pound per sack flake. The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.2 gallons of mix water per sack. Universal pumped 31.5 barrels of cement slurry, 14 barrels of displacement, and there was 12 barrels of cement returns to surface. Universal finished displacement at 06:54 am and the cement stayed at ground level. My inspection revealed no violations at this time.
1585154191 2018-12-28 Production Wells No Violations The well was equipped with a pumping unit. No violations were observed at the time of inspection.
1640175133 2013-09-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I was on site to witness the cementing of the 11.75 inch diameter surface casing. I arrived on location at 8:30pm (09/19/13) and my inspection revealed that Highlands Drilling Rig #2 has drilled a 14.75 inch hole to a total depth of 742 feet. They ran 717 feet of 11.75 inch surface casing into the well bore. Universal cemented the casing with 410 sacks of Type 1 cement with 3% CaCl and 1/4 pound per sack flake as additives. The cement had a density of 15.6, a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and they used 5.2 gallons of mix water per sack. Universal pumped 86 barrels of cement slurry, 83 barrels of freshwater displacement, and there was 25 barrels of cement returns to surface. Universal landed the plug at 2:00am (09/20/13) with 323 PSI. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. NOTE: Highlands rig had a couple of mechanical issues and Universal had trouble with the pump truck during the job.
