1081873170 | 2015-12-30 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence with three-strand barbed wire and the man doors were locked. Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable. The soil stockpile is well-stabilized with vegetation. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road is stable and drivable. Preliminary restoration passed. |
1255065726 | 2013-01-03 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | A status check was performed on the Palmer 1-13-15-10H on 1/4/2013. Patterson Drillings Rig # 261 was on location and drilling at 14818 MD. Projected total depth is 14,897. No problems were encountered during drilling activities. Rig # 261 will move to the Palmer 6- H location next. All activities observed were found to be in compliance. |
1342104690 | 2018-11-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate annular gauge displayed zero psi, and the intermediate/production annular gauge displayed 20 psi. No violations were observed on the production pad at the time of inspection. |
1579523030 | 2018-11-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate annular gauge displayed zero psi, and the intermediate/production annular gauge displayed 21 psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad and erosional controls appeared functioning. No violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
1703873722 | 2016-02-29 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a legibly-marked well identification sign. Identification was posted at the tank battery which consisted of six 400 bbl production tanks, three labeled as containing condensate, and three labelled as containing produced water, and one low-pressure vertical separator. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike and the tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
6 producing wells 6 sand separators 6 gas processing units 1 vapor recovery unit Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a six-foot high, chain link fence with three-strand barbed wire. The access road and man doors were unlocked, but Chesapeake personnel were on site during my inspection. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road was stable in in good repair |
