I also left a voice mail message on Tims voice mail ( ext 223- Enervest Operating LLC) that the drilling pits needs to be closed. I also advised that he needed to contact me on my cell phone to discus this matter. I talked with Craig Norton via cell phone (1:45pm 8/02/2010) and advised that the drilling pit needs to be closed in two weeks. He advised me that they would close the drilling pit and then notify me when the remedial work was completed. |
