0121921736 2017-02-09 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a status check of this well. The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack and was producing at the time of inspection. The tank battery is enclosed by a dike and is labeleld as sharing production equipment with PN# (21635 21636, 21707) and consists of one 210 bbl production tank, one vertical separator, one digital meter, one meter run with a current 31-day chart, and one 50 bbl brine tank. The load line to the tanks production valve was equipped with a lock and plug. The lease road is drivable. Identification was posted at the well and tank battery.
0422848730 2017-06-28 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. No changes have been made to the well or tank battery since my last inspection. No violations were noted at the time of inspeciton.
0971043389 2016-08-22 Temporary Abandoned Annular Disposal No Violations I conducted an inspection of this temporary abandoned annular disposal well. The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. I could not locate any evidence that annular disposal was being used at this time. The tank battery shares production equipment with PN#(21635, 21636, 21707) and consists of one 210 bbl production tank, one 50 bbl brine tank, one vertical separator, and one meter run. The load line to the production tank was equipped with a lock and plug. The tank battery was surrounded by a dike. Identification was posted at the well and tank battery. The lease road was stable. No violations were found at the time of inspection.

GPS readings for the wellhead are N40 40. 809 and W081 11. 692 . Note: This is a common tank battery with permit numbers 1636 , 1635 , and 1707 .
