0075722209 2015-07-08 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a compliance-follow up inspection. A belt guard had been installed on the pump jack. The oil-stained soil had been removed around the well, and no leaks were detected at the time of inspection. The underground steel brine tank at the tank battery had been removed, and the tank battery now consisted of one, 210 barrel production tank. The contaminated soil in the tank battery been removed, and the dike had been upgraded and was in good repair.
0170784682 2015-08-05 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a compliance notice follow-up on this well with DOGRM District Supervisor Rick Anderson. The tubing and casing valves at the wellhead were closed. No leaks or gas odor were detected at the wellhead, and any oil-stained or contaminated soil has been removed. A belt guard was installed on the pumpjack. The tank battery now consists of one-100 bbl production tank. The underground steel brine tank has been removed. The dike was built up and in good repair. No contaminated soil or oil was present at the tank battery. The production tank was equipped with proper plugs, and the flowline was tied in. No identification was posted at the tank battery. The remaining issues that remain in order to close the compliance notice are to post proper identification at the well and tank battery.
0356735356 2017-09-05 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with a pumping unit. No changes have been made to the well or tank battery since my last inspection. No violations were noted at the time of inspection.
1450882040 2015-12-21 Production Wells No Violations I conducted a Compliance Notice follow-up inspection of the tank battery. Per my follow-up inspection on 08/15/2015, the remaining issue was lack of proper posted identification. Proper identification with an update emergency phone number was posted at the tank battery. No other violations were found. The Compliance Notice can be closed.
1794207468 2015-04-07 Production Wells Violations Noted I conducted a status check of this well with DOGRM inspector Heidi Scott. During our inspection, we found this well to be equipped with a gas--210 bbl production tank, and a steel underground brine tank. There was fresh oil around the production tank measuring an area of 39 inches by 19 inches. The valves to the pickup line were closed, and there was an oil stain at the pickup line measuring 25 inches by 15 inches. The buried brine tank was heavily covered in dead vegetation, and there was no covering on the opening of the tank which measured 16 inches in diameter. The brine tank had some sludge in it. The dike was heavily eroded, and dead vegetation covered the area inside of the dike. There was a clear identification sign posted at the wellhead, but the identification sign posted at the tank battery was not legible. A review of production records in the state database indicates that the last reported production for the well was 86 bbl of oil in 2013. Due to the well operation causing pollution and contamination, the leaking gas at the well head, the worn dike, the lack of proper identification on the tank battery, the uninstalled belt guard, and the danger posed by the uncovered and open brine tank, a Compliance Notice is being issued. The oil and contaminated soil around the wellhead and tank battery must be removed and the leaks repaired, the source of leaking gas at wellhead must be identified and repa
