0737871414 2019-06-01 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job with Cellar Techs auger rig and Lightning Energy Cement service. Cellar Tech Cellars were set, the cellar depth is 10. The auger rig drilled a 40 diameter conductor borehole to a measured depth of 100 and set 100 of 30 diameter .375 wall line pipe casimg. The casing was cemented using a 71 barrel cement mix consisting of 337 sacks of class A cement. The cement weight was verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale, the cement yield was 1.18 with 2% calcium and 1/4 pound per sack loss circulation material. The cement was diaplaced to 85 with 65.5 barrels of fresh water. Cement returns were witnessed to surface inside the cellar.
