0380902674 2019-05-21 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Falcon Rig 39 was currently running 9.625-inch diameter deep intermediate casing. After speaking with Ascent Consultant Randy Shepard, he informed me that the drilled the 12.25-inch diameter section of the well bore to 9,118 feet and loaded the well bore with 10.5 pound per gallon oil based mud, and they intend to run 9,108 feet of 40 pound per foot J55 casing. Schlumberger was also on location and was hooking up their cement lines and preparing to cement the casing. Ascent plans to run a single stage cement job with a lead and tail cement and bring cement to surface. I informed Randy to keep me updated with any problems.

1999611509 2019-05-10 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Falcon Rig 39 had drilled the 22-inch diameter hole to a depth of 380 feet. Wyoming Casing crew ran 371 feet of 18.625-inch diameter J 55 casing at 87.5 pound per foot, with 2.4 feet of casing above Kelly Bushing, which is 14 feet above ground level. Two cement baskets were set at 286 feet. Schlumberger was on site and rigged up their cement head and loaded lines with 5 barrels of fresh water and pressure tested to 1500 pounds per square inch. Schlumberger established circulation with 125 barrels of fresh water and a 25-barrel gel spacer, washed up and then pumped 88 barrels 413 sacks of 15.6 pounds per gallon with a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack Class A cement mixed with 4.68 gallons of water per sack. Cement was displaced with 100 barrels of fresh water 20 barrels of good cement to surface. Plug was bumped at 200 pounds per square inch and pressured up to 800 pounds per square inch floats held with .5 barrels of flow back. I informed Ascent consultant Randy Shepard that the casing must remain static until cement reaches a compressive strength of 500 pounds per square inch.
