1003086330 2019-04-27 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Falcon Rig 39 had drilled the 22-inch diameter hole to a depth of 380 feet. Wyoming Casing crew ran 373.7 feet of 18.625-inch diameter J 55 casing at 87.5 pound per foot, with 3.7 feet of casing above Kelly Bushing, which is 14 feet above ground level. Cement basket was set at 243 feet. Schlumberger was on site and rigged up their cement head and loaded lines with 5 barrels of fresh water and pressure tested to 1500 pounds per square inch. Schlumberger established circulation with 70 barrels of fresh water and a 35-barrel gel spacer, washed up and then pumped 129 barrels 605 sacks of 15.6 pounds per gallon with a yield of 1.2 cubic feet per sack Class A cement mixed with 5.24 gallons of water per sack. Cement was displaced with 88 barrels of fresh water with no cement returns to surface. Plug was bumped at 250 pounds per square inch and pressured up to 750 pounds per square inch floats held with 1.5 barrels of flow back. Tony ran a line down the annulus of the 18.625-inch diameter casing and determined cement level was at 180 feet from ground level. Tony informed me that they would run 1-inch diameter tubing down to the top of cement and top off with cement. I did not witness the cement top off of the casing string. I informed Ascent company man Tony Shepard that the casing must remain static until cement reaches a compressive strength of 500 pounds per square inch.
1553794748 2019-03-28 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job found the said well was spudded on 03/27/2019 by Precision Rat Hole drilling service. The rig has drilled 32 diameter well bore to a depth of 95 measured from ground level elevation. The rig inserted 99 of 24 diameter .375 wall weld connection casing. The casing was cemented by Petroset Cement Service using a 52 barrel class A cement mix consisting of 250 sacks of cement with a cement weight of 15.6 pound per gallon verified by weight of scale. The cement was displaced using 47 barrels of fresh water. Cement returns were witnessed to surface inside the tin horn cellar with 1 of cement being left in the cellar.
