0095289946 2019-01-15 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Pioneer Rig 71 had drilled the 17.5-inch diameter hole to a depth of 2,220 feet. Wyoming Casing crew ran 2,223 feet of J55 Buttress thread casing at 54.5 pounds per foot with 4.6 feet of casing above Kelly Bushing, which is 28.6 feet above ground level. B&J Services was on site and rigged up their cement head and loaded lines with 5 barrels of fresh water and pressure tested to 3000 pounds per square inch. B&J Services pumped a 25-barrel gel spacer, washed up with 5 barrels of fresh water and then pumped 346 barrels 1634 sacks of Class A cement at 15.6 pounds per gallon with a yield of 1.19 cubic feet per sack, mixed with 5.22 gallons of water per sack, cement weight was confirmed with scale. Cement was displaced with 335 barrels of water, plug was bumped at 950 pounds per square inch and pressured up to 1450 pounds per square inch floats held with 2.5 barrels of flow back. There was 50 barrels of good cement to surface. I informed Gulfport Company man Yance West that the casing must remain static until cement reaches a compressive strength of 500 pounds per square inch.
0655350880 2019-01-06 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection found a top hole rig owned by ButchsRat Hole is on location and spudded the said well on 01/03/2019. The 36well bore was drilled to 110 and 26 diameter conductor set to 110 and cemented to surface. All depths are from ground level elevation.

1548351884 2019-01-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On site inspection found Pioneer Drilling rig # 71 on location. The rig has recently drilled a 12.250 intermediate section well bore to a measured depth of 9,412 off a drilling rig floor heigth of 26.8 above ground level elevation. 9.625 diameter casing was set and cemented to a depth of 9,387. The casing was cemented by C&J Cement Service with a lead and tail cement mix. The cement mix consisted of a 436 barrel lead cement and a 412 barrel tail cement. 40 barrels of cement returns were reported to surface. The rig is skidding over to the Watkins 2-C well.
1560349874 2019-06-12 Completion Testing No Violations Status check inspection on the well completion status found the well drilling and stimulation process complete and a derrick type service rig owned by Fortis Energy rigged up on the hole, the rig number is 1069. Also rigged up is a completion snubbing unit identified as snub #1 also owned by Fortis Energy. The units are still rigging up and preparing to begin pressure testing the surface completion equipment. The pressure pumping service used for circulation is also Fortis Energy. The well is equipped with a lower A and upper B section with a single primary master valve present. The rig will drill out the completion plugs with their production tubing on the bottom of the work over string supported by a downhole motor drilling assembly owned by Hybrid Tools. The surface pressure control company is Select Energy. All annular pressures are being checked daily with riser pipes installed on the well head A&B sections. The rig and support equipment is situated on a polymer liner. Production Equipment has been installed and ready to support the 3 existing wells on the pad. Once the drill out is complete and the wells are in production I will address the Preliminary Restoration. There is complete vegetation established in the area affected by the well pad construction. The well pad surface is stone construction and in good repair. The 3rd party production flow line equipment has been installed.

1974719846 2019-01-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On site inspection found Pioneer Drilling rig # 71 on location and rigging up on the said well to begin drilling the 17.5 diameter mine string borehole. The company has asked for and received a drilling permit correction to set their 13.375 as the active mine area isolation string. The well bore will be drilled through the coal seam at 480 and a 13.375 casing string set and cemented accordingly
